"Clean and roomie, the rooms are nice and comfortable. Breakfast area is extremely small, crowded and unorganized. (Unable to eat breakfast because of the extremely crowded area. ) Heard staff said: “we have a heard” referring to people making line to get breakfast. So in short review; Yes to a comfortable room and clean space. The hotel Is well maintained. If you are not may having breakfast somewhere else then ok to stay there."

"Negative: They shouldn't even say breakfast is included. There's not even fresh juice, fruit, bagels, or pastries of any kind. Oatmeal, yogurt, cereal bars and coffee. You can buy juice from the vending machine - but it's overpriced. Bottle of water cost me over $3. When I arrived, the room was sweltering, but the AC did work once it was turned on. Rooms need deep cleaned - especially in bathroom. You also have to call down to the front desk for dishes, silverware, coffee pot, etc. and go get it, which is really annoying when you work late. They don't provide paper towels or anything to wash dishes with. The remote to the TV was maddening. You have to wait 3 seconds for the buttons to work once you've pressed one - which means changing channels or volume takes forever. Good: It's cheap and ideal for construction workers. The bed and sheets were nice. That is all."

"Thank you so much for sharing such a beautiful spot with us. You would never know that you busy city with all of the peace tranquility that you have at Brandon Lake. It had everything we needed to feel at home. The people in the community are friendly and welcoming. Watching all the wildlife was so interesting and cute. I have never cried when I left a vacation until I came to Brandon Lake. I’m so happy to have found this beautiful place and hope to be back again. Thank you for sharing this wonderful place with us."
