The room was satisfactory with cleanliness - just very dated. Sofa in living room was worn on a the arms. Staff very hospitable and friendly. Biggest problem was the TV. No TV channel guide and only had channels 2-40 and half of them weren’t available. This totally ruined our stay.

Hotel was comfy, perfect for our family of 8, and spacious! The staff upon arrival were friendly and professional. The complimentary breakfast was great and so was the coffee! Staff in the kitchen/breakfast area were great to speak with and friendly! We will definitely come back for a stay when in the area of Tampa.

We had a great experience and will definitely return when we visit the are. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The breakfast was good. Only recommendation would be to add another waffle maker so the lines aren’t so long waiting.

Everything was great in my stay. The staff is wonderful especially the nice man with the Pony tail and glasses did not catch his name but he was really helpful and nice. Good breakfast and coffe and tea during the day. Would definitely stay again. The Only suggestion I would make is that they should update the rooms and general areas. But still felt at home at all times.

My dog didn't want to leave.

The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was great. It was fast, clean, delicious, and one of the most pleasant staff. (Breakfast and front desk)... checking in and checking out. Also, brought my large dog (a big baby: non-aggressive). We were placed in a corner suite. It was perfect for us. Thank you. We will continue to look for Homewood Suites as we travel.

Stay was nice and quiet room.was very clean with a kitchenette i did not use was suprised there was no room.safe for valubles,tv had more sports channels that i didn't care for no program guide or premium channels that could see since i scrolled the channels a bunch ,the continental breakfast was lacking no fresh fruit that i seen and no pankakes or waffles even if it were the kind that go in a toster for the nightly rates and an honors member i was.a little disappointed

Excellent!

Our stay was just one night for my daughter's "Match Day" event at Nova South University. Everything was very comfortable and convenient, the breakfast was perfect, and the front desk person made the check-in process extremely quick, easy, and very friendly. Nice but has its flaws

check in took a little longer than expected, but once it was my turn, he was super quick to get me check in. The bed was a little small for it being a king, looked more like a queen. I was looking forward to a hot hot shower but ended up only getting a warmish one. The toilet flushed once and then stopped working completely. Had to take off the back and mess with it for a bit for it to kick back on. Overall, location was nice, room was nice for the most part.

Good location for what we needed. Room needs some maintenance. Tub water was very hard to turn off, refrigerator noisy, and ac air handler very loud. Other than that nice stay. Breakfast was good.
