Why would they attempt to charge the full amount of my stay AFTER I’ve left? "The view from the room was amazing from the 4th floor facing the water and mountains. The only concern was not having a kettle in the room, however the restaurant provided a pot of hot water on a daily basis upon request. All staff members were fabulous! I enjoyed my stay. "

"This is a gorgeous hotel just by the entrance to Torres del Paine national park with outstanding views towards Torres del Paine. Popular, big and busy due to it's location but there are plenty of quiet spaces to relax and enjoy the views. We had a classic room with skylight mountain views, very comfortable. Wind noise can be a little loud on the roof when it's very windy (often) but didn't disturb our sleep. These are on the top (4th) floor. The lift only reaches the 3rd floor. Amazing buffet breakfast with lots of good quality selection and plenty to do in the hotel with the added facilities. They can make packed lunches if needed and also grab bags for breakfast if you need to leave early for a hike (like we did)."
