"Everyone at La Casa sul faro is super nice and super helpful. The way they operate made us feel welcomed and almost at home. Some of the details of the service (like water in the fridge available any time) make the stay extra nice. It is a lovely place, located in a lovely part of the island."

"Absolutely fabulous location, right on the waterfront on the prettiest harbour you could imagine. The team are great, everybody was friendly and welcoming. Lovely staff in the restaurant at breakfast and next level service and welcome from Armando in the evening. We stayed for a week, which everybody seemed surprised about, but there are loads of restaurants and bars to try in Corricella and down at the main port. Rooms were spotless and well maintained, I would recommend going for a suite if budget allows for a longer stay. Pozzo Vecchio, the il Postino beach is the best on the island. All in all, Procida and San Michele are both highly recommended."

"The hotel setting was beautiful with easy access to the pool from the room. The room spec was not completely in line with the rest of the hotel standards, which has an amazing pool area and very attentive staff. It is a short taxi or 20-30 minute walk to the main ports on the island. Breakfast could be presented better but was fine. All in all, a beautiful hotel stay and would recommend."

"10/10! We just left Puteoli Palace, we had a great stay, While the property is walkable to several restaurants, a grocery store and a few historical hidden gems, it is NOT close to the hustle n bustle of the city’s center. We had tours scheduled at various times, and the hotel’s driver accommodated us with no issues. The hotel is about a 15-20 minute drive to Naples Grand Central Station. The room was super clean! No issues at all there. Great shower, soft bed, AC was working great. We had a view of the sea, just gorgeous! The highlight… On our last night, we asked Mari (Maria) at the front desk for a restaurant recommendation that was walkable, served seafood and had a sea view. She suggested the restaurant on site, BUT she went above and beyond and had the staff convert a 2nd story patio to our own personal balcony to dine on. I don’t know if this is common practice or something they came up with on the fly, but either way..,,OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!! I was so impressed! Thank you, we had a fabulous time!!!!"
