"Ok for a hostel. The bed was creaky. Last minute changes due to water blockade etc. Check in was confusing as they didn't check which booking was cancelled. They were overbooked. It all got sorted out, thanks to hostess Sara who was more empathetic than the guy who just said I can't help at 8:30 pm to a woman in a new city. Sara was a great hostess "

"I have stayed in hostels across more than seven countries, and CX Naples Centrale is by far the best hostel experience I've had. The staff at the front desk were exceptionally friendly and helpful. They made it easy for me to store my luggage before check-in and after check-out, which was very convenient for sightseeing around Naples. I was especially impressed by their assistance when my locker lock malfunctioned and I couldn't open it. The staff responded quickly, solved the problem professionally, and made what could have been a stressful situation completely hassle-free. The facilities were modern, clean, and well-maintained, and the level of customer service truly stood out. I would highly recommend CX Naples Centrale to anyone visiting Naples and would gladly stay here again."
