They don't really have staff in attendance, but you can always reach them by email or phone if you have local cell phone. They use an app to access the gate into the venue unfortunately that our connection wasn't always the greatest and we needed to ask our friend to open the gate for us. "Excellent hotel. The entrance is outside the old town, but the back door opens to the old town. Easy arrival and easy access to the sights. Very helpful front desk staff, delicious breakfast and good bar. And coin operated laundry on site. I would definitely stay here again."
