All the staff was very polite and helpdome. The rooms was clean. Swimmingpools should be cleaned every day and many of the sunbeds need to be repaired. It was very limited what to buy at the bar. Breakfast was a very simply italian stile, some fresh bread- ham and cheese could be fine. There was a very few restaurants in this village, at the hotel it was not possible to have dinner. Small distance to other cities. were it was possible.

Not what I was expected. I know we came during off season but in May. The winery seem to be well known in the area but it wasn't open. They don't really have staff in attendance, but you can always reach them by email or phone if you have local cell phone. They use an app to access the gate into the venue unfortunately that our connection wasn't always the greatest and we needed to ask our friend to open the gate for us. We only saw one or two other guests in the hotel so it is really too quiet without staff around.

Aufenthalt in Leone De Castris Wine Hotel

die Empfangsdame war freundlich und hat alles genau erklärt. Das Zimmer war gross und sauber - die Möbel waren aufeinander abgestimmt. Es hatte genügend Stauraum. Das Badzimmer wurde anscheinend erst gereinigt worden - der Boden war noch nass. Genügend Tücher, Seife und Duschmittel vorhanden. Trink + Snackautomat im Gang. Frühstück im Bar unten eingerichtet - grosse Auswahl. Alles war sehr zufriedenstellend. Leider keine Zeit gehabt um in den Pool einzutauchen.

Solo un bar. Quello dell hotel aperto solo per alcune ore. Un paio di riso tiranti ma per il resto è come essere nel deserto. Sconsiglio una tappa. Il giro alla cantina ad un prezzo eccessivo ( e non corrispondente a quanto scritto sul sito). Il vino de castris è eccellenza meglio ordinarlo on Line o berlo al ristorante

Fint hotel i en død by

Fint hotel. Vi havde booket det pga muligheden for vinsmagning, men det var ikke muligt i weekenden :-( Det ville have været fint med den oplysning på forhånd. Byen er temmelig død, og det kneb med spisesteder, så vi endte med take-away pizza, som vi spiste i hotellets have. Personalet var ikke særligt gode til engelsk men meget hjælpsomme.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel prenotando da Expedia e le aspettative erano buone, peccato poi rimanere spesso delusi. La struttura potrebbe essere curata meglio, le docce in piscina non sono funzionanti e la pulizia generale é molto scarsa.. Appena arrivi all'interno della Villa trovi un ampio parcheggio, che come indicato nel documento del check in é a pagamento, senza però specificare a quanto, quindi noi ci siamo basati da quanto indicato su Expedia cioè 8 euro, in fase di check out volevano farcene pagare 15!!! Quando abbiamo fatto presente la cosa alla ragazza ha corretto la fattura con il prezzo del portale di prenotazione. Chiaramente il prezzo é giornaliero, un assurdità far pagare il parcheggio all'interno della struttura secondo me... parcheggiate in strada, tanto sono poco trafficate, é un paesino pure troppo tranquillo. La colazione che offrono é all'italiana quindi una bevanda calda e un dolce o un salato, per la cifra di 10 euro a persona e 5 euro per i bambini, noi abbiamo trovato un ottima pasticceria in centro paese e abbiamo sempre fatto colazione lì! Il ristorante annesso alla struttura é chiuso. L'unica nota positiva è il personale cordiale.. non consiglio..

Fin de saison rime avec service minimal

Nous avions opté pour cet hébergement afin d'être au coeur de la région vinicole et des photos mises à disposition sur hôtel.com. Est-ce pour cause de fin de saison, piscine inutilisable, restaurant fermé, probablement.

É stato tutto perfetto. L'accoglienza è stato professionale e cortese, il check in velocissimo. La camera è pulita, veramente ampia, moderna. La colazione (per il civico) non è ampia, ma molto buona e fresca. Il personale è riservato, tutti i ragazzi gentilissimi e molto professionali. La zona della piscina e il giardino è stato ampiamente utilizzato dalla famiglia. Hanno accolto con entusiasmo anche il nostro cagnolino... Ottimi i vini!!! Super consigliato.

Hotellet låg i ett område som var helt dött. Husen såg slitna ut, inga affärer nära & personalen saknade tyvärr glädje & värme. Alla såg nedstämda, trötta ut, inga leenden & frukosten var absolut inte bra med gamla ägg som vi klagade på. Det var inte alls värt pengarna tyvärr. Croissant torra & frukosten torftig. utsikten från rummet var en tråkig bakgård. Vi betalde 1500:- & det var absolut inte värt det. Poolen var städad på förmiddagen vid check out men inte när vi checkade in. Receptionspersonal sade vid check in att vi kunde stanna hela dagen vid poolen efter check out (11.00) men på kvällen meddelade de oss att de ändrat sig. Inte alls så bra eller fint på bilderna utan ett tråkigt hotell med dålig service, rek inte

Trevligt boende

Familj på 2 vuxna och 2 ungdomar. Trevlig personal som gärna hjälpte till med att boka bord på restaurang o.s.v. Rum med dubbelsäng och 2 enkelsängar. Bra frukost. Allt var bra och trevligt men betyget dras ner då både poolen och poolområdet inte hölls efter ordentligt. Rummet städas inte heller alla dagar och lite slarvigt. God mat på restaurangen och så klart gott vin! På orten händer inte mycket trots högsäsong, det fanns i princip 1 restaurang till på promenadavstånd. I övrigt 15-20 minuter med bil till flera fina restauranger. Ca. 30 minuter bilfärd till havet.

Great stay!

The hotel was nice (one of the nicest in the region which is very quiet and boring!) , staff were helpful although most of them did not speak any English. They gave good recommendations and tried their best to help. Breakfast is very basic however, dinner was very nice! the pool is a definite asset! overall a pleasant stay!
