Enclosed rear garden with sitting-out area and garden furniture. Private parking for 2 cars; additional on-road parking. No smoking. Please note: No children under 7 years old.. As you approach Palm Tree House after unloading your suitcases from the driveway, you enter the property through the front door and into the downstairs hallway. To your right is the bright and airy living room with brick feature wall, Smart TV and plenty of seating. A great lounge area to sit and watch a film! The kitchen/dining room is next to the living area and is fully equipped with everything you could need during your stay, perfect for rustling up a hearty family meal.

The four bedrooms are located upstairs on the first floor and all benefit from Smart TVs. There is a double bedroom at the back of the property and another double bedroom next to this with its own en-suite shower room. There is also a zip and link twin bedroom which can be configured as 2 single beds or as a superking bed, this bedroom also benefits from an en-suite. The final bedroom at the front of the property has a single bed.

The rear garden of Palm Tree House is shared with the owner whom lives adjacent to the back of the property, and is accessed via the side of the property from the front, being a great area to relax in. Boasting part porcelain tiled flooring and part composite decking, the garden is a great place to unwind after a long day out.
