Just an excellent hotel

The stay was excellent the hotel was clean and the staff were great also the local people were really friendly I have stayed in many hotels but would really like to recommend this hotel and will return next week when I go back to work in Barry

Great location. Ideal distance from town centre. Rooms comfy. Stayed here now 3 or 4 time's and each time has been spot on.bar connected to property so a little noise in the evening but this is to be expected. Dodnt botger us but may bother others

Good for the price. Clean room and comfortable bed. No meals onsite so asked girl behind the bar for ding options. Not much help , said McDonalds and a takeaway down the road . Turns out we found a choice of two good pubs! Only five minutes round the corner. Overall ok.

I don’t think I’ve ever had an en-suite where the cold water in the sink came out warm and the water in the shower ran cold no matter which way you turned the tap.

Good clean hotel room ideal for a long weekend stay, tho tv in room had plenty of tv channels sky tv & kids cartoons channels, i could not get BBC1 &2 ITV1 & 2 Ch4 & Ch5 tho staff tried as well plenty of news channels & films just wanted normal tv channels , tho did not effect my stay,.good friendly stafff with a good bar & selection of drinks .

Stayed here for 1 night as we booked the night before bank holiday and everywhere else was booked. It was sleepable, easy enough to live in for 1 night. But otherwise unclean, the bedding on one bed had stains, the shower had hair in it, and the cavity between the wall and shower cubicle was choc full of cobwebs, and the bathroom door handle was just about hanging in there.
