Room had 2 queen beds. 1 bed had a normal good quality mattress. The other bed had a very thin hard mattress on it. Like one could perhaps find in an RV or sofa bed. Very hard. I addressed this issue with front desk. No action was taken to fix the situation. While room was surface clean, a deep clean is required. Corners and baseboards, windowsills etc. Many lights and light switches did not work. To turn a certain set of lights off we turned a breaker off in a breaker box located in the room. Very disappointed considering price we paid. I realize this is an older hotel, but things should work and decent mattresses should be provided.
