"First room AC was broken. Moved to a new room and bathroom light broke at 10 pm. Had to shower and use the bathroom in the dark until the following morning when it was repaired. Mold growing on bathroom wall. Other than this, clean room, good location, and super friendly and helpful staff. "

"This property does not offer any parking at all. There are available parking spots all the way around this hotel. But you cannot park in them between midnight and 6:00 a.m. or you will be towed forcing you to use their valet service which is an unexpected cost daily. You are unable to access your vehicle when it is parked in their valet garage which became a huge issue when I could not get to my asthma inhaler that I had left in my car. This medical emergency landed me on the floor of the lobby to which staffs response was the issue was me being on the floor not that I couldn't breathe. They also put a hold on your funds for a hotel fee which you expected most places. But it has been over a week since my check out and I am still awaiting those funds to be returned after speaking to a manager the day after my check out."

"The house has a great location and had plenty of space for two families of four. An outdoor shower would be convenient at this property as there is not one at the beach access, especially for having little ones. We very much appreciated having a pack n play, high chair, and baby gate provided - it made our trip that much easier knowing we didn’t have to pack those items. Overall, we had a great time for our “spring break” and plan to come again next year! "
