"This was our second time staying in this beach house, and we loved it just as much as we did the first time! The location is unbeatable—right on the beach but away from public access, so it feels quiet and private without the crowds. At the same time, it’s just a quick drive to St. Augustine’s restaurants and entertainment, which makes it the best of both worlds.The house itself is spotless and stocked with everything you need, especially in the kitchen. The master bedroom has a phenomenal view—I could wake up to that every day! The bed was pretty comfortable, though I’ll probably bring my own pillows next time for personal preference.We also really appreciated that it’s dog friendly, which made the trip even more special for us.Overall, it’s the perfect beach getaway, and we can’t wait to come back again!"

"We had a fantastic family trip and the 505 Beachside getaway provided a great home base. The house was clean and spacious and the kids loved the pool. Communication and check in was clear and easy. It was located so close to the beach and St. Augustine. "

"This was a great VRBO, it felt more like a lived in home with all the amenities than a cold rental that sends you immediately to the store to buy all the missing things. I really liked how the 3 bedrooms were off the living room but there was a hallway door ensuring more privacy. Master was on the other side of the house. There was everything you’d need for the beach or pool. They had 3 beach chairs, some camping chairs, a wagon, an umbrella, sand toys, plus plenty of pool floats and child life vest and puddle jumper. Host was also very responsive and sent someone quickly when I told them about leaves in the bottom of the pool. There was also a second fridge in the garage and a level 1 EV charging cord. Beach was an easy walk down the street.This was a great house for our family vacation of 3 adult couples, a 3 year old, and 2 babies. It was spacious for all of us. We definitely will be back."

"Our stay was wonderful. The home was adorable and had everything we could possibly need. The kitchen was fully stocked and the home had lots of thoughtful touches with plenty of supplies. The welcome basket and personalized welcome sign was generous and added to the excitement. The upstairs loft made my kids feel like they were grown having their own spacious area with separate beds and their own bathroom. I especially loved the skylight in the bathroom and the quaint little back porch area. The neighbors were kind and the area was safe and quiet. The overall location was perfect because it was close to the beach and not far from all of the attractions of St. Augustine. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your space for our stay. "
