"Our family and friends stayed at True Blue for five weeks and could not have been happier with the property. The ability to walk to the beach with our chair and a beach bag was such a plus. Sitting on the patio with the intercoastal waterway to view was such a bonus! We loved walking the neighborhoods in the evening. The city of Saint Augustine was a short drive. Just love this propeety and the location."

"I wasn’t going to write this all on a public review, but when I shared my concerns below privately, I heard absolutely nothing back from owner or mgmt group. 1. The description says nothing about the bedroom walls not actually going all the at to the ceiling upstairs- same with the bathroom. 2. Location is top notch 3. Master bed had stained sheets and they were completely ripped on the side. 4. Old nicotine pouches and other peoples trash were left in closets, drawers etc 5. The porch screen door was almost completely blown off when we arrived- it became completely detached that night from the wind. 6. Nothing is said about how you sometimes don’t have any water- at all. No water pressure. 7. The shade in the downstairs “room” was half ripped off and being held on by tape. 8. Downstairs the toilet is only made private by a curtain on a rod. 9. The weatherproofing on the bottom of the door at the entrance is half ripped off and creates a loud wind tunnel whenever the wind blows 10. The door near the refrigerator is inoperable and won’t turn 11. Great beach stuff available for use I’ve never written a bad review on one of these, but this listing was very deceiving. The house needs a lot of work just to get it to a place where things are running normally. Great location, Not was I was expecting unfortunately."
