"We are currently touring Florida from the UK & we came across this amazing property . The hosts were so attentive & the property has everything we could possibly need & more. The Home is in a perfect location close to the beach and Saint Augustine. Spotlessly clean comfortable and full of thoughtful extras. The pool, hot tub, sauna and game spaces made it feel like a private resort. It’s better than the photos —we will definitely stay again."

"Excellent house! Extremely clean, comfortable beds & a perfect small pool. Nice neighborhood. We parked our vehicle & used a golf cart to get everywhere we wanted to go….beach & restaurants. A1A is busy & they are doing a lot of construction so did drive our vehicle to get to Publix. Communication was very good & one small issue was taken care of quickly! Just can’t ask for more!! I have stayed at many VRBOs & would highly recommend this place if in the area! Thank you David"

"This property was very convenient to the beach and it had all the amenities you would want. Kitchen was fully stocked if you wanted to eat in and not leave. The beds were comfortable, love that we had TVs in every bedroom and even outside. Unfortunately, the other couple traveling with us was not able to make it, but the house was plenty big for two couples and some. The pool was a nice perk although we only used it twice. Loved how close the property was to Saint Augustine downtown as it was very convenient.The only negative we found in the house was the covered patio appeared to not have been cleaned in a while. There were spiderwebs all along the inside of the screen room and the nice wooden table outside appeared to be dirty and a little moldy. I only mention this so that the owner may be aware if they rely on a crew to maintain the space.But nevertheless, we enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful, and we would definitely come back again."

"Unfortunately, this was one of the worst experiences we’ve had.The photos and description did not reflect the actual location of the house. It is situated right next to a busy highway that runs along the beach, and there is constant traffic noise. To access the beach, you have to cross this highway, and there is no crosswalk nearby, which felt unsafe—especially with kids.Additionally, there is major construction right on the beach where a hotel is being built. Construction machinery starts working around 6:00 AM, creating significant noise early in the morning.We arrived in the evening, but the conditions were so uncomfortable that we spent hours on the phone with VRBO and the host. In the end, we had to leave early the next morning.We originally booked 5 nights, but the host only agreed to a 50% refund.It’s very disappointing to have such an experience during what was supposed to be a relaxing vacation."

"Excellent rental for family gatherings. The house is nice, spacious, and well furnished. We enjoyed the heated pool and spa a lot. The host was great with communication and everything was well organized. Highly recommended this rental to anyone looking in the area. "
