"I’m going to give my honest opinion! Everyone talked about how small the hotels in Tokyo are. However this particular hotel was exceptional. It is big compared to other hotels we stayed in Japan. There is a lot of drawer to put our clothes and also a good sized closet. The hotel provides almost everything to make our stay conducive. From the entrance, lobby and to the room itself you’ll be amazed. I loved the fact that it has 711 in the basement for a quick grab. And it is about seven minutes walk to shinagawa station. And the breakfast buffet has both Japanese and western selections. There is so much to choose from. And the staffs were so helpful. I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone going to Tokyo"

"The hotel just opened on March 28, 2025. Loved the location of this modern, beautifully designed hotel. Rooms are of good size by Japanese standard, even its smallest room (Comfort King Room). Hotel is clean and well kept. Staff is helpful. The hotel is directly connected to Oimachi Station, which is just one station away from Shinagawa Station. Great place to base yourself if you plan on doing any day trips. There is plenty of shopping and restaurants in the hotel complex. It is truly a beautiful hotel."

"The room is very spacious for a Tokyo hotel. Washer/dryer in room is quiet and works wonderfully. The blow dryers are as good as my Dyson. Thefront desk will forward luggage, call a taxi anything you need. Bathroom has heated mirror, huge spacious tub/shower. Location is IDEAL out of the Shibuya craziness but a quick 5 min walk to it. Across from a wonderful grocery store to get water, snacks, meals if needed. 10/10 will recommend and stay again. "

"The location is so convenient. The room is a bit small and inside the room, the decorative pillow is so old and a bit dirty. Why not just give two pillows for each bed? "

"Rooms comfortable, but very dated, and generally quite shabby. Hotel is split across numerous different annexed levels. Had to skip the breakfast service due to huge queue/ inadequate provision for number of guests. This hotel needs renovation."
