"We enjoyed the spacious room and the lively atmosphere at the hotel. Lobby area is vast and very nice, with coffee/tea available at most times. Breakfast buffet is very good. In a quiet area close to the river (perfect for a run). Very close to public transportation and several convenience stores."

"Great location - 20 minutes walk from Shinjuku Station. In house grill and restaurant were very good. Staff extremely helpful. Standard rooms are very small, but that is standard across the country. They are extremely functional, clean and well maintained. Would definitely stay there again."

"BIG Hotel. Handy to the terminal. Good selection of restaurants close by. Had an issue at check in regarding renovations being done on lower floor. Resolved very satisfactorily.. Bed was on the extremely firm side. Tv is hard to operate. Even on English channels, Japanese language overrides English. Tv remote is all in Japanese so really hard to navigate. Being an airport hotel, thought they would have more English options available but really not a focus. Curtains had holes in them. certainly lights up the room as the sin comes up."

"Attracted by their convenient location to public transport, superior maintenance, cleanliness and reasonable pricing, we have become regular APA users. While we feel more can be done to provide a little more space in the bathrooms, we applaud the opening up of the space under the beds to store luggage and other items. The Ryogoku Ekimae Tower has also provided a meeting and eating area for guests which is particularly helpful. A positive feature of most APA hotels is their inclusion of a Japanese bath and spa, providing an excellent introduction for many western visitors to the pleasures of Japanese bathing. The bath in the Ryogoku hotel is a special treat with its jacuzzi type flat pool and a bubble pool which is perfect for easing aching muscles and helping to overcome jet-lag. Good job."

"Excellent hotel and brilliant location. Group of 9 travellers. The gentleman at check in kindly ensured we had rooms on the same floor next to eachother with an incredible view of Tokyo Tower. Highly recommend this hotel and would return back for sure!"
