"An excellent property with four ensuite well presented bedrooms, an additional downstairs bedroom and ground floor bathroom / wet room. We were lucky with the weather and made good use of the garden, the kitchen is very well equipped and we had some great meals at the large table in the conservatory. There's a great walk immediately out the back along the river and the village up the road has a couple of pubs with great beer gardens at a gentle sub 10 minute walk. So all in all highly recommended. A bonus for us was the full sized pool table which got a lot of use!!"

"This is a typical English countryside estate. The location is difficult to find only because it is so far off the beaten path, if we had followed all the instructions, we would have found it on the first try. The facility is decorated extremely well with works of art, the Great Room is a highlight of any residence we have ever been in. It's old, it's quirky, but it grows on you. Make sure to visit the old church, cemetary, and Catherine Parr ruins across the street."

"A lovely well decorated and furnished large house in a wonderful quiet location. And lovely Winchecombe just a short drive away. However for a house of its size and potentially for twelve people, one standard size fridge is not anywhere near enough.There are two dishwashers, but the one in the kitchen is clearly getting old and often didn't clean properly, or dry. Great hot-tub, BBQ and fabulous views, and proximity to the Castle and its gardens for free a real bonus"

"Highly recommend this property! We stayed as a group of adults and had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. The house was spotless, with a well-equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. It’s a beautiful home with a gorgeous, well-maintained garden. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were lovely. The location is excellent—right in town with easy access to shops, pubs, and great walking routes. We’d love to come back!"

"Luxurious room! We splurged for the nicer room and wow! Wonderful staff, good beer selection. We needed to leave early the next morning so the chef packed us a picnic breakfast with lots of fruit, a blt sandwich, crackers and jams and cookies. Ate it on a hill overlooking a field of sheep and the town below. So memorable!"
