"Just enjoyed my 1st time here. Without a doubt it’s one of the top 3 hotel rooms Ive had in 20 years of nonstop travel as a factory sales representative in 15 states. Most upper end hotel chains are removing coffee machines. This one puts a netspresso machine in its beautiful rooms that also have operating gas fireplaces, snacks, comfy chairs and a lttle bottle of wine. Bathrooms have both a shower and bathtub! Front staff checked me in at 8:30pm and was engaging with a sincere warm attitude. I haven't tried the restaurant but will next time next month."

"A very nice apartment in Ipswich. Convenient parking and a short drive to Ipswich and the surrounding area. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and the hosts were communicative and had everything ready an in place before our arrival."

"Location was perfect and the apt. Was very clean and was great for myself, my daughter, and her 3 kids. We did have numerous power outages which came back on immediately. Hot water was in short supply in mornings for showers. However, these few inconveniences were of little concern. Thank you for a wonderful stay in a beautiful town!"

"Apartment is large and spacious. It is perfect for our family of five. It had great parking and you could walk around the quiet town. Location allowed train access to Boston and Salem. It was a quick drive to the shore. We had some trouble with the above neighbor causing damage to the property, but the owner was honest and respectful to refund us money when our travel insurance would not cover it. I only give 4 stars as the dishwasher was broken and I hate doing dishes on vacation. Also, the wood stairs were extremely slippery with rain and snow and we kept falling or slipping on them without a towel or rug in the main entrance. "
