"Be aware: No heat available at the inn in April, when it was 37 degrees at night! The room had a fireplace that only worked for 30 minutes. Staff solution was to give us a noisy electric heater thst got too hot and we had to turn off in the middle of the night. Also check if a wedding party is booked because you also can expect late-night partying that can keep other guests awake."

"A very nice apartment in Ipswich. Convenient parking and a short drive to Ipswich and the surrounding area. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and the hosts were communicative and had everything ready an in place before our arrival."

We were greeted with a glorious view, spacious and well-appointed home, great selction of pots and pans for cooking, plenty of parking, easy access and walkable to town. "Location was perfect and the apt. Was very clean and was great for myself, my daughter, and her 3 kids. We did have numerous power outages which came back on immediately. Hot water was in short supply in mornings for showers. However, these few inconveniences were of little concern. Thank you for a wonderful stay in a beautiful town!"
