"Perfect hacienda with a beautiful mix of rustic and luxurious. Service was very attentive to all our needs.
We stayed in a detached hut, which was a cool (and air conditioned) place for our family of 3.Two gorgeous pools and a lovely palapa let us cool off in the heat of the day. Delicious Yucatecan food from the restaurant for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Amazing birdwatching on the property.
Not much nearby except for Mayan ruins at Ake. But this lovely place IS your escape.

"Overall, hotel was nice. A little far from Parque Central & souvenir store shops. About a 20 min walk or a cheap uber( $5 or less). Parking garage in the basement. You get a new parling ticket everytime u leave and it needs to be stamped by the front desk. Great delicious breakfast (separate cost). "
"First room was musty... I changed and it's fine. The staff assisted to make sure I was happy. Room has Netflix capacity too. G9od free parking. Elevator is working.
But when I asked to upgrade to king the cost was about half if what I paid for the room... That room will sit empty but they couldn't upgrade dispite my offer to pay a bit more. Otherwise it's fine. "
