Wow-just wow. This cozy boutique was EXACTLY what I needed. The city is loud and so I was so thankful for this quiet , clean, high-quality oasis! Food & service were so wonderful and the room was the best part! Amazing bed, linen, and quality of everything was 👌

I spend a great time there with my gf. Good looking Hotel small and cosy. Cleanness on the highest level, Big plus for that. Upstairs the best restaurant in whole Tirana! Amazing breakfasts, we love it! Nice staff was a pleasure to meet and talk. Only one minus. Door when closing make big noise. Really unpleasant specialy when your neighbours come back late at night.

The hotel is very nice. Breakfast was excellent. Service was great. Only minor issue is sometimes the room was hot other times cold, even though the thermostat was not touched, maybe it was just me having hot flashes. LOL as we boomers say. Would stay here again.

Amazing staff that were very helpful throughout the entire trip. Beautiful room and overall property. Don’t forget to take advantage of the included spa services and free daily breakfast (that we forgot about). Would definitely stay again!

Hotels.com customer service is atrocious
Hotel was nice but either staff there or Expedia canceled my room before I arrived Leaving me walking the streets my first night there. I. Had messaged hotel saying I’d arrive at midnight right before boarding my final flight. When I landed had a message. My room was canceled by Expedia and given away. I. Was denied a refund even though my prepaid room was rented out. Hotel’s customer service said it wasn’t cancelled then it was canceled in August then said I canceled it while I. Was on a plane. The customer service lied constantly and basically stole $150 from me. Hotels rewards program is great but Expedia now runs it and were terrible. I feel bad for anyone who has an. Issue with them. Absolutely pathetic terrible customer service

Excellent hotel. Location wise as it’s very close to the center. The hotel is very clean and the staff are great. I would definitely go there again if I ever go to Tirana again. Highly recommended !

Lo positivo del lugar: hotel nuevo o renovado con ubicación céntrica, personal amable, buen desayuno y puedes ir caminando a todos los lugares de interés en el centro de Tirana. Colchón cómodo y con suplementos necesarios. Lo negativo: spa deficiente y con cuartos que no funcionaban, agua del jacuzzi verdaderamente sucia, piso resbaloso a riesgo de caer y romperte un hueso. Al hacer el check in se nos dijo que habían dos botellas aguas de cortesía que nunca dieron, a pesar que lo pedimos en dos ocasiones en la recepción, nunca hicieron nada durante 3 días. Pareciera que la intención era hacernos confundir para tomar las botellas de la nevera que tenían un alto costo. En la mañana desde las 5-6am apagaban el aire acondicionado (no se con exactitud hasta que hora porque salíamos del hotel después del desayuno). Encima de las habitaciones está el restaurante/ bar donde mueven mesas y hacen muchísimo ruido hasta altas horas de la noche y desde muy temprano en la mañana impidiendo dormir y descansar. En las ventanas de la habitación que nos tocó había un generador de corriente enorme que hacía muchísimo ruido. Habitaciones nuevas con estilo de lujo pero muy pequeñas haciendo faltar espacio para las maletas o tener la ropa. No volvería a este hotel.

Fantastico hotel, personale molto gentile e posizione centrale. Le camere sono meravigliose e offrono prodotti di toilette completi. Anche se quasi in orario di chiusura ci hanno permesso l’accesso alla spa.

Beautiful and newly renovated hotel
Great hotel with excellent service and location in the heart of Tirana. We stayed 1 night only, but the rooms were beautiful and the breakfast amazing. Would love to come back to this hotel with its friendly staff. Highly recommended!
