"Lovely property with a private garden in the middle of farmland. Easy walk down into Polzeath through neighbouring golf course. Great view of the sunset from the apartment windows. Host greeted us on arrival and when we left. Would stay again "

"I never had an email to give me the key code, it said someone would be there to meet us to check in at 3pm but wasn't, I rang Padstow breaks who were so helpful and gave me the code and said we were definitely booked in and check in is 4pm and not 3 as expedia informed "

"We were looking forward to the sea view but there isn't any view apart from the tall fence. The parking area is not great, a big slope makes it difficult especially because its on a sharp corner of the road. The WiFi wasn’t working the first 2 days. Its a lovely place but bring your own toiletries. It's a nice place, nicely designed and 15min walk to the Waterbay beach."

"These apartments were in the perfect location.beautifully clean and hassle free. Parking space is a huge bonus too as we could walk up and down to the beach from our van, leaving body and surf boards then pop back down to the beach again. I would say the only drawback was having no privacy atall on the decked area at the back. There is a very low wall dividing each apartment so didn't feel we could sit out there really. Just needs some screening. We will definally be back, fantastic place,...

"Location was very good, but the flat was riddled with spiders and was dusty. We gained access after waiting three hours for a response from the host. Without the manual for the cooktop we couldn’t cook. I had to wash the sheets for one of the beds upon arrival. A dish towel and a towel in the main floor toilet would have been appreciated as would an extra role of toilet paper. "
