Holiday break
Little gem of a find, absolutely stunning. Cant fault it in any way. Wine, cream tea, fresh strawberrys & fruit bowl, milk tea & coffee on arrival. Nick & Liz are lovely & friendly. Would definitely stay again. Oh nearly forgot the stunning views & brilliant sun set everynight, & lovely kept gardens. Stunning place.

Lovely tranquil stay with superb views.
Thank you to our hosts Nick and Liz for a very enjoyable week at Little Quoit. We loved the location, the well equipped nature of the immaculate accommodation and the tranquility. Exceptional luxurious appartment with fabulous views
This is a really beautiful apartment in a fabulous location and the views are amazing. There were so many unexpected extras that I really appreciated - the bottle of wine, freshly made scones with clotted cream and jam, and even a bowl of fresh fruit. Nick and Liz were very welcoming and ensured that the apartment was warm when I arrived. Wonderful walks along the coastal path which is only across a couple of fields, and I also enjoyed the walk to the nearby woodland glen and waterfall. I will definitely be back!

Perfect Place to Stay
What a wonderful place to enjoy the beauty of the Cornwall coast! The house was immaculate and so comfortable. The views of the coast were spectacular. Nick and Liz left a few welcome treats that were much appreciated. We highly recommend this home!

A coastal haven
On arrival I was so impressed with the space and facilities provided. Cream tea and a bottle of wine both very welcome after a long drive. The facilities are excellent and beautifully presented. Fully equipped kitchen, shower room, a 4 poster bedroom with sea view, large lounge, also with sea view, and sun room, all self contained with ample parking and easy access. The view of the coastline is just great. I could sit and watch the waves and listen to the distant surf for ages. Venturing out was amazing, with cliff walks to Tintagel and Boscastle a great day out, and a walk up St Nectan’s Glen a lovely gentle experience. Rocky Valley itself is charming and isolated with some amazing views from the mouth of the cove. I didn’t feel the need to get the car out all week, especially as the coastal bus stops right at the gate. Much has changed (mostly me!) in the 40 years since my last visit to Rocky Valley, but the essential charm of the coast, nature and hills is still beautiful, remote, but accessible. Your genial and helpful hosts live on site.

This was such an amazing, tranquil stay, it was like waking up in a little piece of paradise, would definitely recommend, on arrival we were left scones, cream, strawberries, preserve not to mention a beautiful bottle of wine by the owners. Will be returning
