"The Room was absolutely beautiful but I was disappointed in the location of the room. Being right next door to reception limited our privacy. People were constantly walking in and out of reception so trying to talk privately while sitting in the outdoor area was impossible. Also advised that owners policy did not allow anyone else to visit the premises during daylight hours which stopped us having family time together unless we left our accommodation. "

"Unfortunately, I hadn't read the negative reviews before I booked our stay at the Rainbow Sea Resort. While our suite had stunning views over the ocean and was attractively decorated in a Hamptons/beachy style, as shown in the promotional photos, those were the only positives. The bathroom and kitchen were in dire need of a thorough deep clean; there was grime and black mould in the bathroom, and a very unpleasant smell in the kitchen. I should also point out that, although the Resort's website states that guests can book tours at the front desk, this is no longer the case."
