She (I didn't get her name, but when we checked out, I did let the person at the desk know our experience was excellent and she knew exactly who I was referring to!!) was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable (without sounding like a robot) and helpful. She recognized that I am a Hilton Honors member and thanked me for it. The room was fine. The location is walk able to amenities, which we appreciated after a long day in the car! Pretty great stop on our way from WA to CA."
