"We really love Caza and stay her several times a year because of the spacious, clean rooms, super nice pool area, and especially the proximity to North Beach and the wharf. Staff is very friendly and accommodating, always eager to please too! The one drawback is that even though you’re paying a hefty resort fee, you don’t really get many amenities in the room like a coffee maker or refrigerator, which is typically standard and most hotels these days! The rooms just feel sparse and there is no on-site food or beverage except early morning and early evening. Other than that, it’s the perfect place for us so we may do and bring our own supplies. Overall, it is a really nice place and we will continue to visit."

"Great size rooms, dated but comfortable. Location is convenient but not my favourite area in San Francisco, however the transport get you everywhere in fast! Staff were super helpful"

"Easy to access and we paid for the underground parking which was less than a 2 minute walk to the hotel. The room was tidy and well equipped. We only stayed for one night but if we return I would look at booking here again."
