"I decided to receive my 40th birthday differently and chose to stay at Three Rivers because of the short distance drive to Sequoia National Park. I loved this cozy home tucked in the mountains and surrounded by nature and beautiful views. "This is an EXCELLENT boutique-type property and the room has been tastefully and beautifully furnished and is well-appointed. We were a little disappointed that we were not able to check in at 4 as advertised...the room was not ready until after 4:30. There is also no potable water, which is mentioned in the listing, but we had forgotten. It would have been nice to be reminded about this important fact in the check-in text and email we received, so that we could have at least brought some water...
