Rustic Mountain View Village

Welcome to our 3-bedroom 2 bath fully furnished 1487 sq ft home. This home has 1 king bed, 1 queen & a twin bed. Bedroom with Twin Bed doesn't have a closet. Also, a futon to sleep on as well.
Very open living room that flows from the kitchen into the dining room & a small private balcony deck. We are located 8 miles from the entrance to Sequoia National Park. It’s a great time of year for visiting The Sequoia National Park.
The kitchen is fully equipped for everything you need to make eggs to mashed potatoes.
The kitchen has a small private balcony.
Enjoy a nice evening on the balcony enjoying nature.
A propane barbeque is located on the side of the house.
AC/Heater is provided by brand new Mini Spilt units installed June 2022.
We're located near the center of Three Rivers, Kaweah Lake & within walking distance of the town center where the only fully stocked market is located, along with couple places to eat, a pharmacy, post office & 2 banks. Otherwise, a 2-minute drive. It’s a great time of year for visiting The Sequoia National Park.

You have access to the entire home.
No garage or carport are located on the property.

No pets, smoking, or parties are allowed.
You may occasionally see a wild turkey, or deer & we have 0 tolerance for HUNTING. Absolutely no hunting is allowed.

The home was nice and clean, and the kids really enjoyed having their own space with a TV and A/C. We got to see deer, turkeys and horses in the property. Our host was very responsive when we had an incident with a locked door late at night which we very much appreciated.

Cozy home

Our stay in Three Rivers was great! The bedrooms were all good size and all had dressers which is always appreciated. We used the crib which was sturdy and easily fit into the twin bedroom. Having two bathrooms was also a bonus! The location was perfect and we enjoyed the scenery.

Trip to Sequoia and Yosemite

This place worked perfectly for my family of 5. It’s close to Sequoia and about a 2-3 hour drive to Yosemite. It had everything we needed and was very cozy.

Very Cool Property

Listing photos don’t do this place justice. Wonderful views from all sides. Host was terrific. Property had everything we could ever want. Would absolutely stay here again if back in Three Rivers.

Comfortable cabin

Our family really enjoyed our stay in this cabin. It’s located on top of a tiny hill with great views all around. Everyone was comfortable whether on the couch or the bedrooms. Owner was more than attentive and checked to make sure we were comfortable and even asked if we needed anything. We would def stay there again.

Perfect location

Really enjoyed the location. Three Rivers and the pizza Factory made for an enjoyable evening with the family. Would definitely return. We’d really like to see this place in the winter months! Mark is a great host and made sure we were well taken care for.

Charming place with lots of room. Very quiet. Great location for visiting Sequoia and Kings Canyon. Loved having the three bedrooms and two baths. Plenty of room. Nice balcony with grill that we used.

Believe the other reviews. This unit is definitely hard to find so take the advice and arrive during daylight. The owner does give detailed instructions. Which help! We only passed it up one time. When we first pulled up we were greeted by 4 deer. If needed the owner is quick to respond. It is close to the south entrance of Sequoia NP and close to restaurants. W

Three Rivers House

We had an excellent stay at the Rustic Mountain View Village. Arrival was easy (with very detailed directions) and the house is older and rustic as advertised, but nice and clean. There were extra conveniences like snacks, Keurigs and laundry detergent provided. Two of my favorite things were the ample floor space (especially in the living area) that allowed us to spread out and organize our bags and hiking stuff without it feeling messy and cluttered, and the central-ness of the living area to the bedrooms that made socialization and communication easy. We would definitely stay there again. (Note: To see all of the two HUGE nearby national parks, one would want to move to lodging near a different entrance midway thru the trip just due to the parks’ combined size. This location is great for exploring Sequoia.)
