"We were there for a short period of time, but enjoyed every minute of it. The home is pet friendly, and the area is quite unique. There are also many place near by such as: waterfalls, strawberry farm, and convinces store. Nice place to go to get away from the city and unwind."

"My family had a great and comfortable stay at Steve’s cottage. The place was clean and tidy. Air conditioned and the ceiling fans were definitely a plus for circulating the cool air. Check in and check out was a breeze and info were provided in clear detail. Approx 1-2 min walk to the lake but worth it as the lake was private with only a few houses. There were numerous kayaks, a couple of canoe and paddle boards plus life jackets so everyone can enjoy the lake at the same time. Definitely will recommend to our friends."

"Our family of 9 really enjoyed our week at the cottage. With a sandy beach and own dock, the kids had a great time by the water. The cottage is beautiful, with lots of space for us to spread out. Communication was great, Nick was always available when needed."
Muskoka Waterfront Cottage on Three Mile Lake

"We enjoyed our stay here on Three-Mile Lake, nicely situated for a few days excursions that are between 30 to 45 mins away. The cottage was nice, the two arger bedrooms are almost the size of the king-size beds with little to no room to get around. There's a small beach, dock and fire pit we didn't use. It wasn't well maintained and there were cigarette butts in it on our arrival. Bees - lots of bees. Bring repellant. Between two humans and our dog, we were stung over a dozen times. No wonder the welcome book in the cottage states no refunds due to natural species. SUGGESTIONS & BASIC NECESSITIES:Patio Umbrella would be nice.A couple of loungers. Only Muskoka chairs are in site.Flashlight. And you do need one.Beach towels so guests don't need to bring their own. We had to bring. For the price, should be part of the rental.No spatula in kitchen.Guest rain umbrellas would be nice.PRECAUTIONS ON WHERE TO AVOID DUE TO BEE STINGS FROM UNDERGROUND NESTS.Shampoo/Conditioner/Soap.Kleenex. Hair dryer.Install access ladder on dock for getting in and out of the lake. Gates on the deck access points/entrances to keep children & pets safe. Blinds on the windows so people have the option of privacy. Overall 7.5/10. Thanks for a great week away from city. We hope this review is seen as positive, with a touch of Benedryl."

"Great place to come. We had 4 adults and 5 children, the space was perfect for us. Really close to the water. Gas station down the road for anything you forgot. Lots of boats, canoes, kayaks, pool table, outdoor ping pong, badminton and other fun included items. Would stay here again."

"Amazing place for a relaxing getaway! The hot tub, water activities, and swimming in the middle of the lake were so much fun. There were plenty of outdoor seating areas, a fireplace, fire pit, BBQ, and a beautiful front yard to enjoy. The room was cozy and perfect for 5 people, and everything we needed was thoughtfully stocked, including BBQ supplies, ketchup, sauces, and more. Overall, a great place for families or friends, and I would definitely come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"We had a great time at Jennifer's cottage in Muskoka. It is ideally situated close to Bracebridge, Port Carling and Huntsville all of which are great to visit. The cottage has fantastic lake views both from high up on the outdoor balcony area and down at the dock. Morning coffee on the red Muskoka chairs was a treat. We all enjoyed the paddleboards and kayaks. Would highly recommend if you are looking for a relaxing lake side holiday in a great location."
