"This house was in a very nice area and minutes away from shopping area. We had no issues getting in the property once it was time and there was plenty of space for the group we had. 3 bedrooms were downstairs which was great for those that couldn't do stairs. We didn't use any appliances but they all looked to be working. Some amenities were provided, like towels, soaps and cleaning supplies. You may want to take a thicker blanket though. The Westin Houston Medical Center/Museum District

"The hotel was amazing, until I walked into our room. I was very underwhelmed. We were to be at Texas Children’s in the AM, so the location was great, and I understand that's what I was paying for, but the rooms themselves could use a major update. Our room felt very humid and muggy, and did NOT cool below 71ish. It smelled almost moldy, or like a public swimming room locker room or something. OVERALL...MOIST! There were also silverfish bugs. I found two in our room. So that just instantly makes you feel dirty and makes you check your bed 😬.... the windows are very thin and let in SO MUCH heat. I'm very sure that if I pushed with one hand hard enough, I could break the window out, which is just so scary. The caulking around windows was nasty and then painted over. I think maybe there was the idea of an update years ago, but they got "the landlord special." The restaurant in the hotel was great and had great staff. Valet was great. We didn't use any other amenities, but unfortunately, I think I would use elsewhere if I needed to stay in the medical district again."

"The hotel location is good and easy to find. Room is clean and bed is comfortable. A/C is a little loud. If you need housekeeping, make sure to let the front desk know before 9am, which our room was not cleaned on the first day because we were not aware until we came back at night. Breakfast could be better."

"The hotel is quite good in general. Don’t love the idea of paying extra for parking. The room felt clean, comfortable and the bathroom was updated. The breakfast included was very practical and the coffee good. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the location is great for the Galleria area."

"Suites are with air conditioning and the bedrooms have a ceiling fan as well. Our room had a good view. The gym is stocked to a basic but functional level, though it's a shame one of the treadmills weren't working. At $25 per night, the parking is cheaper than many Houston hotels. It genuinely is very close to the Galleria mall, as well as other shops, which is very convenient when travelling with a baby. It's a shame the suites don't have kettles. Otherwise we'll equipped."
