"Parking is VERY tight. Queen Room appeared to be clean, but was very, very, VERY small. A narrow entryway + the Queen bed comprised the entire width of the room maybe 11-12 feet? The small refrigerator was hot when we arrived (we fixed it, by playing with the plug) and the carpet in front of the unit was water soaked. There were no drinking vessels (not even a paper cup) nor coffee/tea or creamers in the room. The bathroom toiletries had one tiny bar of soap, one shampoo, zero body wash, and two body creams - even though our reservation was for two adults. The toilet flushed with such velocity it splashed onto the floor. There was ONE chair. period. The room was also right beside the elevators - Maybe the reason for the narrow (15 ft? in length hallway) to the tiny area that housed a queen bed, a narrow desk and single chair. Please (Expedia) - would you kindly inform the site of the above. Their position was clear: since we booked through a third party, their hands were tied."

"The apartment was immaculate. Great kitchen, well stocked, very nice refrigerator. Microwave might be a bit tough for shorter people. Wonderful shower with good water pressure. Also, the furniture although lovely and added to the "clean feel" of the house was not that comfortable. I would give the apartment a good rating and recommend it to others."

"We were told at check in there would be breakfast, although not free, made to order at 0630. We were happy as we had a very early morning and the convenience was going to be a big help. Unfortunately they don’t serve breakfast. We would have planned ahead if we knew we couldn’t get breakfast on site."

"I had a very disappointing experience at The MC Hotel, Autograph Collection. I booked a two-night stay but was forced to leave after just one night due to the conditions of my room. I was placed on what appeared to be a fully operational amenity floor, and it was extremely loud—so much so that I was unable to sleep at all. To make matters worse, I was assigned a handicap-accessible room without prior notice, which felt like an oversight given availability should have allowed for a better fit. When I checked out early, the front desk associate assured me that I would only be charged for one night and advised me to follow up with Hotels.com. Unfortunately, that turned into a frustrating cycle of back-and-forth, with each party redirecting me to the other. Eventually, Hotels.com went above and beyond to advocate on my behalf—but the hotel ultimately denied any adjustment. What’s most disappointing is the lack of accountability and customer care. After a 7-hour airport delay, we arrived exhausted, even shared our late-night food with the concierge, and still received a subpar experience in return. Being charged nearly $600 for a stay where I couldn’t even sleep—and had to leave early—is incredibly frustrating. Between the noise, the room placement, and the poor handling of a simple billing issue, this experience fell far below expectations. I would not return, nor would I recommend this property based on how this situation was handled."
