"Room was clean. Man at front desk was very rude and unprofessional when i called to ask questions about policies. Also there wasn’t any drinks nor breakfast, no milk for cereal, only the right side of the toaster worked. Nothing else available in the hotel to eat, or buy. "

"The front desk staff were great very kind and professional. We stayed in one of the suites which normally i just always get a room with 2 queen beds but since there were 5 people this stay the couch bed came in handy. "
