"Staff was friendly and room was lovely. Although breakfast was nice it would have been better if expedia listed it as a cold breakfast with toast making facilities and only two off road parking spaces for the 7 or so rooms(would be 3 if owner wasn't using one) as parking was a main factor in selecting accommodation. It was lucky that many of the other guests had come via train and not all rooms were occupied."

Room was clean and spacious, some areas look a little tired in the room which could be resolved without too much effort to make the stay that extra bit special. "Clean rooms and staff were very helpful. The spa and bar were lovely.
The only thing was that the level 8 sky bar was not open, even though I was told that it was open on a Friday, we were looking forward to it.
Also although there was a slice of moldy bread found, the supervisor was very apologetic and removed the container which it was in.
Our stay was very nice. "

"WiFi was good, the room was clean. The only negative was that the room was cold on the first night because the radiator wasn't working. But it was fixed the next when I reported it.
The hotel is just ten minutes walk from the centre of Bournemouth so it was perfectly situated for me."
