"Had a wonderful stay, the service and the welcome was warm and inviting, Pam and Alan were the type host to make you feel at home. Even though the the building and the inside is a bit out dated but due to the environment and the area and definitely the hosts, the hotel provides an amazing stay. "

"If you’re looking for something with character, this is the Hotel for you book a king room with a view across to the pier and the water. The rooms are very spacious… and breakfast was included. It was an excellent breakfast. Order off the menu plus Continental selections as well.
I would like to take the time to thank AJ he made my stay fantastic, really friendly and took the time to have a chat with you. Also, I would love to highlight that I left my passport and credit card in one of the drawers, I spoke with AJ before leaving letting him know where I was heading in Torquay. He rang ahead and left a message for me and secured my passport and credit card. I can’t thank him enough for being so caring and understanding. Highly recommend you stay here."
"Pool was lovely and warm. Our room had ripped wallpaper but the staff dealt with our complaint well by upgrading our room with no fuss.
