The Four Seasons Hotel on George St, Sydney is excellent for location, comfort, luxury and service. We used the hotel spa and facilities before check in, and our room was ready early which was a bonus. The room was beautifully renovated- nice decor, very comfy bed and luxurious soft white linen, and west facing view toward the harbour bridge. The hotel service was very efficient and we received a small treat and message for the birthday being celebrated. Highly recommend FS for a luxury city...

We recently stayed for three nights in a refurbished Horizon Room at the Shangri-La Sydney and were thoroughly impressed from start to finish. The room was spotless, modern, and incredibly well equipped, nothing was overlooked. I arrived around 8am, and, of course, was not expecting the room to be ready (check in time is 2pm). However, Anastacia took my bag and let me know of the amenities that I did have access to on the 23rd floor prior to my room being ready) and that my room would be given priority to get ready. She provided a GREAT first impression of the hotel!
