"Overall, the hotel was a 10/10. The décor in the lobby was beautiful, our room was comfortable, the pillows were great, the bathroom was spotless, and the beach and pool areas were absolutely amazing. Unfortunately, the service was a huge disappointment. The staff seemed very grumpy and unfriendly, which was sad to see and really affected the overall experience. Another disappointment was the breakfast dress code. I understand there should be standards, but this is a beach resort. I wasn't dressed inappropriately—I was wearing a cover-up, and nothing was revealing. We came down planning to have breakfast before heading to the beach, but I was turned away from the outdoor restaurant because my cover-up was considered "not decent." That experience was frustrating and unnecessary. Writing Overall, the hotel was a 10/10. "It was comfortable and in a quiet and gated neighborhood which we really appreciated! It had its own gated parking spot as well which was an added level of comfort. The host was super communicative! The only negative was the soap, shampoo and conditioner needed to be refilled but otherwise, it was perfect for what we paid!"

"My group had a great stay. The sleeping situation is very unique - great for families but could be a little odd if traveling with people who aren’t comfortable having to walk through rooms to get outside in the back or to bathrooms. We had a little trouble figuring out the lock box at first as well but the neighborhood was quite and the house was very nice."
