"We had a wonderful stay at this cute little place for our first night in San Juan! Since we were arriving at the airport late, the location was perfect and so convenient. The space was clean, cozy, and just what we needed. The host was also very responsive to our messages, which made everything easy and stress-free. We would definitely recommend staying here!"

"This is an apartment that is broken off from the main house, so it has its own separate entrance and living area. Very convenient location to the airport (12mins) and there were always ubers available to pick up and drop off at the area. I had issues completing the check-in form and contacted the property via WhatsApp per the emails I received after booking. They were super communicative and helped every step of the way! The area is quiet (hello roosters!) and we weren't disturbed at all. We were a bit confused initially upon arrival since the pin location was for the main house, but my husband did a quick walk around the side to the adjacent street and we easily found our lodgings. Water pressure was great, the space was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. There was a closet with some extra towels, broom, mop, iron, and ironing board in case we needed it. There was even a few small snacks and water bottles upon our arrival which we were grateful for! We usually prefers hotels when staying anywhere, but opted for this since it was much cheaper than a hotel. We would definitely stay here again!"

"I absolutely loved my stay here! The property was spotless, very comfortable, and in a fantastic location for enjoying San Juan. It had everything I needed, and the amenities made the stay even more enjoyable.The host was wonderful—friendly, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Check-in and check-out were incredibly simple, which made the entire experience feel effortless from beginning to end.It was truly such a pleasure staying here, and I felt right at home. "My family have stayed in a number of rentals in the Caribbean and this house was by far our favorite. The photos don't fully do it justice. It's a beautiful home and an amazing pool which has great outdoor amenities like a mini fridge and showers. The location was perfect for our family. Close to San Juan with cheap Ubers and close enough to places like El Yunque and Cuevo del Indio. We got to enjoy the nightlife of La Placita, and there's lots of great food options nearby. Even though there were water disruptions Island-wide during our stay we never noticed because the house is equipped for this and avg per outages. Overall, we enjoyed our days staying in this beautiful home more than our days exploring. The host is super communicative and we never needed for anything."
