"I booked this hotel for my 80 y/o mom who was returning from a cruise and needed to stay near the airport for a very early flight in the morning. She arrived early in the day because she got a ride directly from the airport but didn't have anybody nearby to hang out with until check in was ready. She'd checked at the desk when she arrived and was told no rooms were available. She sat playing on her phone most of the morning, but was noticed by a staff member who went and asked around 11 am for someone to find a room for her. They got her checked in by noon. I booked it specifically at the airport so she wouldn't have to find a ride in the morning. Well, someone met her at 4 am with a wheelchair and walked her all the way to check in and brought all her luggage and helped her get it checked in as well and stayed until she had a wheelchair person from the airport to take her to her gate. She is mobile and can walk, but she gets tired and will often just stop and sit down before continuing on so it was super nice of them to make it so easy for her to start her journey home! She said it was not fancy and basic, but clean and staff was extremely hospitable. I would certainly book this hotel for myself if I needed a place near the airport. "

"Everything was close by but not walking distance. You would either need a rental car (which I did) or take a taxi but things were about 10-15 mins away. It's a very good location! "

"It was a lovely stay. Check In was a breeze. The rooms were nice and big. Lots of towels. The location was PERFECT!! Close to everything. There was a liquor store on the corner and the Pueblo supermarket was 5 mins away. There was always parking for my rental car. It was full kitchen with everything you needed. Great couch in the living room. TV was big. The bathroom was nice. There was a full terrace/balcony to sit and have coffee. I didnt use the washing machine but the dryer was a little tricky. Also there is a dog that stays on the property that likes to bark in the mornings. Other then that great stay!! I would definitely stay here again honesty.l, even with the dog."

"Property has visible mold on the ceiling and wall above the wall mini split and the condensation pump under the mini split does not work resulting in the AC to fill up the holding tank and create an electrical hazard with smoke. There are three towels behind the couch on the floor to catch the condensation from the wall unit since the pump isn't working. Owner has paper towel stuff behind the condensation pump and behind the unit, mold visible as well. Check other earlier reviews noting the mold in the unit. Owner reported to VRBO and proper Puerto Rico authorities. Room charge disputed for a full refund. Do not stay here for your own well being. Photos available upon request. "
