Kitchen was fully functional with lots of utensils. AC was working properly. Property manager/owner was very accomodating. House was very beautiful and quite. That is what we needed for last couple of days in Puerto Rico. close to the airport. I loved that they left sunburn lotion in bathroom.I definitely recommend this house.

Easy to find and great to stay in. Perfect for our needs in the San Juan area. Even during a blackout everything went well with the house batteries, it was very comfortable.

The Host Iris, was awesome! The home was very clean and welcoming. Iris communicated with me every step and offered helpful advice and tips during my stay. I would absolutely rent again.

This was a last minute booking for us as our flight was canceled. The air conditioner in the living was leaking and there was a big puddle of water on the floor. The air conditioner in the main bedroom didn't seem to work as well as it should have, it wasn't very cold. The bunk beds were extremely loud whenever anyone moved. The dishes (plates) in the cabinets were dirty and had food residue on them. I was woken up multiple times (3:45am and on) with dogs barking like crazy. It was non stop. I got a terrible night's sleep. The house does have nice curb appeal in a neighborhood where most of the houses look run down. I would not book again. But the location was nice and close to the airport.

We stayed here overnight as it was close to the airport. This home is very clean and comfortable. It has its own parking spot and it’s a $20 dollar, 10 min uber drive from the airport. My family and I felt save in this neighborhood.

Perfect stay for overnight layover

This property suited us perfectly for our short stay- it was very clean, secure and private. We appreciated the fans and AC during the very hot humid weekend we were there! Would definitely recommend this rental.

Location is great if you have an early flight. We stayed in the main house. Master bed was not comfortable and you can hear all the road noise. Messaged the property manager about a charger and never heard back.

Perfect home near airport

We stayed for 2 nights and wanted to be in San Juan near the airport. The house was super clean, AC was very cold, and water pressure was strong!! Iris was very responsive to my questions. Neighborhood is a working class and anyone we met was very nice and it’s a quiet area. All in all it was exactly as described and we would stay again.

This apartment is in very close proximity to the airport. It is in a safe neighborhood. Both times I’ve stayed it’s been for one night only. Comfortable beds and a clean home.

It was a good stay. our original plans was for 7 people to stay and it’s a good thing that only 5 showed up because the house is smaller than expected, there was no way that 7 people would’ve fit their comfortably. The house was very clean and neighborhood was quiet. I would recommend it for five or less people.
