Very clean, all in good repair. The big bed was very comfortable! The bunk bed a bit squeaky, but safe and comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet, lots of coquí at night and roosters in the morning.

Kitchen was fully functional with lots of utensils. AC was working properly. Property manager/owner was very accomodating. House was very beautiful and quite. This was a last minute booking for us as our flight was canceled. The air conditioner in the living was leaking and there was a big puddle of water on the floor. The air conditioner in the main bedroom didn't seem to work as well as it should have, it wasn't very cold. The bunk beds were extremely loud whenever anyone moved. The dishes (plates) in the cabinets were dirty and had food residue on them. I was woken up multiple times (3:45am and on) with dogs barking like crazy. It was non stop. I got a terrible night's sleep. The house does have nice curb appeal in a neighborhood where most of the houses look run down. I would not book again. But the location was nice and close to the airport.

Perfect home near airport

We stayed for 2 nights and wanted to be in San Juan near the airport. The house was super clean, AC was very cold, and water pressure was strong!! Iris was very responsive to my questions. Neighborhood is a working class and anyone we met was very nice and it’s a quiet area. All in all it was exactly as described and we would stay again.
