It took 50 mins for the food to arrive and I was the only one in the bar/restaurant. I also had to remind them to bring the hot drink I had ordered. Other than that, it was a lovely stay. "

Very clean, lots of comfortable seating in the main foyer area. Breakfast is a great choice, with lots of variety, food was lovely. If you want to use the spa facilities robes are provided. Excellent location for Tower Bridge, Tower of London, walking distance to the Shard"
