"Dirty bathroom area floor hole in the ceiling above shower. Leaking toilet. Resurant food good room service burger great. Drinks great . Great big room . Would stay again"

"My wife suffers from allergies we asked for a airfilter and were told my manager on desk not part of our service. Paid $240 / night for 7 nights and not one commentary breakfast. Asked to clean very dirty air-conditioning vents. They would look into it. Have stayed 4 times over the years but might look elsewhere now. The staff are mostly helpful "

"We arrived shortly after 5pm and I called the number at the reception. The guy came past me no word got the envelope from a Tresor and passed it to me no explanation where the room is nothing. Almost said sorry for disturbing him. The room is spacious but in a lousy condition (toilet was leaking/ fridge was partially damaged aso) So if you stay for one night it’s maybe okay but don’t expect room service if you stay longer My tip take another motel "

"Had a lovely spacious apartment with balcony, a great view of the ranges and secure parking very close to my entrance. The buildings are beautiful and surrounded by large eucalyptus. The complex has secure fences with automatic gates, making it a very safe place to stay. Highly recommended."
