"Gorgeous hotel with lovely, polite & enthusiastic staff! We were upgraded to a fabulous suite & the parking options were great. We loved this unique boutique hotel which has been decorated & designed with care & passion. Local transport was brilliant & Southsea is a hidden blossoming gem which we’ll be back to see next year! We will of course be checking back in to the Clarence or one of its sisters. Thank you for making our stay so memorable x"

"We were staying at Q8 for The Great South Run and the staff at Q8 could not have been more helpful! I emailed in advance to see if there would be a fridge available to keep our breakfast to have before the run and they responded within an hour to confirm they would sort this for us and we could use the fridge in the lounge area. On the day of the run the weather was awful so we asked if there was anyone coming into our room and if not whether we could pop back for a shower after the run before we made our car journey back. Again they couldn’t have been more helpful and let us use the room which made such a difference to us when we were tired and wet. I really can’t thank the staff at Q8 enough - they really made a big difference to our stay and would definately stay again. Thank you!"
