"Downgraded upon arrival, to two full beds, when a king single was reserved. Room was cleaned promptly upon request. Pool was nice, would be better if kids didn’t take up all the bar at the pool. Was harassed upon arrival to upgrade and buy extra amenities offered by hotel. Taxi service was safe and prompt. Breakfast was a huge all you can eat buffet, very generic covering all different food types and groups. "

"Staff always helpful and got upgraded to a beachfront suite. Bigger bathroom, bigger bedroom and amazing 180 ocean view!! Right on the beach and walking distant to all the restaurants and stores. Never needed a car rental."

They serve a wonderful breakfast, that they described as being continental, but it was a fully prepared/cooked meal. Much more than we had expected. Everything about the stay there was very much to our liking. This is a hotel we would highly recommend. I would have no problem staying there again on a return visit."

"The best part of this hotel is the breakfast, better than 2 of the resorts we visited. The location is amazing, you are within walking distance of the Malecon and beaches. However, they are under construction, the pool is still out of service and we were not informed that prior to our visit."

"Everything was on the cheap, poor quality alcohol, terrible coffee. Not able to get change at the front desk. It took one hour to get a hamburger and it was child size in a regular size bun. Draft beer only around the pool. The Mattress and Boxspring was disgusting. We stayed only one night - that is how bad this place was."
