"The apartment is as described, it is close to the shore front dining areas in Kingston and easy to access the lake walking/running circuits. The apartment itself was comfortable and was very clean and neat. The instructions provided by the host was prompt and easy to find access to the apartment. Secure carpark was also a bonus in the area. Would definitely recommend if you are seeking a 1 bedroom apartment."

"While the property was fairly new, the cleanliness was not that great. The lounges were filthy, around the furniture and lounge was dirty and had not been vacuumed, aroudn the TV unit also, the fridge was not cleaned well and there were dirty marks all over it, blood in the frozen section not cleaned, cupboards needed wiping down, urine on the toilet bowl, broken lamp in the drawer and dead bugs in the draws and floors, fly screens were coated in dust.
