"This property was great to use for a base for sight seeing in Zurich. Walking distance from Zurich HB train station. Coop (supermarket), McDonald's and Starbucks one minute walk. The room was spacious, kitchenette had small hob, microwave kettle and coffee maker. Would recommend for families."

"Unfortunately i cant give a high rate to the owner and the expedia, in the listing it was mentioning that the property has laundry, but we realised later that there is common shared washing machine in -1 floor that works with clins only, for someone coming from other europe and not having swiss franc coins ut was hard to get coins to make the machine working, we troed to contact the owner they said they will bring coins and detegent never happened expedia didnt realyy help as well "

"We were unable to access the accommodation: upon arrival, we found ourselves in front of code boxes, no response to calls to the owner between 4 PM and 5 PM, no calls from him despite the message left on voicemail in English, no email indicating the codes. "The apartment is clean and spacious, with working appliances and facilities. However, the interiors (walls, doors, furniture) are quite worn and don’t match the photos. There’s also a lingering fried food smell, mentioned by other guests, that hasn’t been resolved. Communication before check-in was difficult and could be improved. "The Gubelhof Suites were perfect for our visit. We stayed in the large 1 bedroom and were provided with an extra bed in the living room as we were a group of three. Everything was top notch and the experience was fantastic. I highly recommend the property and would stay again in a heartbeat."
