"The room was very well maintained. The staff were helpful. The parking was convenient. The location is close to Boston, not walkable, but you can get right on the Cambridge side of the Charles River jogging/biking path."

"Counter staff was less that helpful or friendly"

"The over all property was clean. The front desk employees were very nice and helpful but the house keep would always be in the elevators alot during the day pushing there way in the elevators even if there where guests in the elevators. Also on our first night in Boston we parked our rental car in guest paid parking and the next morning we noticed another guest hit our rental car and didnt leave a note or tell the front desk we had to pay a large deductible on our rental car. It really ruined our trip. Especially because we where there for my daughter's college graduation."

"They threw me out. I didn’t appreciate anything that happened there. Apparently the front desk wasn’t able to operate the credit card machine to place a hold on my credit card. I was asked to leave very disappointed in your services."
