"First time in Puebla and guessed where would be convenient to our event. The hotel was as pictured. We are non-Spanish speakers with only a minimum of words. The check-in was quick and the staff were kind and helpful. The room was. Spacious and the grounds were clean and well maintained. The pool area was very nice. The room service was good and affordable and there was a fully stocked refrigerator with snacks and drinks drinks for much less than in the US. This is a sustainable hotel with LEDs, solar and other energy/resource saving measures. We felt safe throughout the trip and there is 24hr security on site"

"From an American…,if you don’t speak Spanish this is not for you. Staff laughed at my son who wanted to do the zipline because he couldn’t understand them and for adults to make fun of a child is the reason they got a low rating. Property is huge and great for kids. Lemurs, tiger, petting zoo, ziplining, bike riding, archery, etc it will keep you busy! Lastly, if you’re a person of color you’ll experience some racism from locals and staff in Amecameca. Stay in tourists areas if you don’t want to see how locals live. It’s about an hour away from major airport anyway and the driving in Mexico is lawless.the women at front desk were helpful and spoke English and overall a good stay for the kids and they do keep the property and pools clean! "

"OK for the price, but poor property condition and facilities. overall the facilites are in bad shape and a lot of dust. people is helpful. Rooms are better than the property conditions. "

"Room not like in pictures hair in the sink and bath they took about 30 minutes to open the door because I get late nite I don't feel the price I pay for the service I got please do something about it"
