"I had real high hopes for this Holiday Inn Express but was left disappointed. First off, the front desk staff was amazing, very welcoming! Won’t complain about them at all! The room however was less than desirable. First of all the carpets were dirty. Second, the bathroom was very outdated. Thirdly and most importantly, my husband was chewed all up. Twelve days later still has the marks on his body. We almost left to find another hotel, wish we had. I regret to say, we won’t return. "
