The mattresses were OK, but the pillows were awful - had to purchase our own. Next to a train crossing so train horn all night. Only 1 caffinated coffee packet provided for 4 people, we had to leave b4 the office opened & could not get more. No mirrors outside the bathroom to get ready while toilet is in use. Paper thin walls, could hear the neighbors tv all night. Good blackout curtains, but no sheer under for privacy if you wanted light. Bathroom run down for such a new place. No extra blankets in the room. No trash can in the bathroom. A few little things could make it a whole lot better.

In the kitchenette there wasnt any dishes, was a little disappointed. I traveled a long ways and expected to be able to make my own food.

Opened the door lights would not come on. Walked a little further and there was a Roach on the cabinet. Went to rest room closed the door could not open it.. not a good experience.
