"El personal atento, falta mas abrigo para las camas ya que son piezas frías, las camas incómodas, el desayuno estaba frío, lo lleve a calentar y me lo dieron frío de nuevo y la que me lo llevó de vuelta con mala cara, a la madrugada se escuchaba arriba como tenían relaciones, y yo fui con dos menores de edad, falta un poco de enchufes cerca de las camas, y quizás puedan agregar un frigobar o microondas, el agua de la ducha no salía caliente. "Really convenient location in Palermo and I felt very safe walking around. Lots of restaurants within close distance and having the cafe next door for breakfast was perfect. "Big shout out to the front desk: Ignacio, Lucas, Gaston and two ladies whose names I sadly didn't get. They were all so kind and patient with my limited Spanish, and luckily spoke English to help point us in the right direction to everything from restaurants to nearby shopping and sites to see.
The room was very comfortable, and the hotel I felt was in a perfect location for all we wanted to do, which included taking a Hop On Hop Off tour, visiting the Ecoparque (former zoo), and the Parque Almirate Gonzalex Fernandez. All of which was in walking distance.
And then there was the breakfast. I sadly did not get the names of all the wonderful people working so hard there every morning to set out all the great options and even cook eggs to order if we wanted. But they did a great job making sure nothing ran out. Everything was tasty and there were enough choices to satisfy both my husband and myself so we could leisurely fuel up for our day's adventures.
If we're ever lucky enough to return to Buenos Aires, I would definitely stay here again if space was available."
