"The apartment is as described, it is close to the shore front dining areas in Kingston and easy to access the lake walking/running circuits. The apartment itself was comfortable and was very clean and neat. The instructions provided by the host was prompt and easy to find access to the apartment. Secure carpark was also a bonus in the area. Would definitely recommend if you are seeking a 1 bedroom apartment."

"We did enjoy our stay in this well-appointed apartment, until we tried to leave. The number lock on the letterbox was extremely difficult to use because one of the tumblers is quite loose, and the handle itself is extremely stiff and would not move. I gave up after 25 minutes and messaged the host. I ended up putting the keys through the mail slot so they were secure. I then received a message requesting me to leave the keys in the apartment. When I tried to reply with what I had done the page...

"The apartment was excellent in almost all ways. Clean, everything was there that we wanted, all modern and in good working condition, some good generosity eg plenty of coffee capsules, and so on and even some bits and pieces in the cupboard so cooking could be easier (not that we did any while we were there). However the first night when we went to bed, the light and noise from Northbourne Avenue which is just outside the window of this first floor apartment seriously interfered with our sleep...

"Comfy beds but cheap bedding/pillows/sheets etc. Balcony waa disgusting and dirty however everything else was very clean. Annoying that there was not enough plates/mugs/bowls etc for four people when it’s a four person apartment. Only one access key provided. Check in was a nightmare - zero communication and their method of check in was very confusing and it was hard to get in touch with the staff. Overall a lovely place."
